Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable, supportive, and genuine. I am passionate about working with college-aged and young adult women who are navigating self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions, including motherhood. Many of my clients are carrying a lot internally while still trying to show up for everyone else, and therapy can be a place to slow down and focus on what you need.
My approach is collaborative and personalized to each client. I draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused work. I am also EMDR-trained and working toward full certification.
I have extensive experience supporting clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and a wide range of trauma histories; including domestic violence, military combat, generational trauma, substance use, incarceration, and homelessness. Clients sometimes worry that what they want to share will sound “intense”, “confusing”, or “too much,” but I can truly say that nothing you share is too much for this space. My role is to meet you with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment.
Outside of the therapy room, I love to travel and try to plan trips abroad whenever possible. Most weekends are spent at youth sports games with my son or taking long walks with our golden retriever. I also enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and respected. I’m excited to work together to build clarity, resilience, and confidence as you move forward.
