Hi, I’m Kristen!
I work with adults and college students who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are in seasons of change feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves, even if things look okay from the outside.
I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping clients better understand their patterns, build confidence, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. I have a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, past trauma, and family or relationship concerns.
My approach is compassionate, open-minded, and tailored to your individual needs. I use evidence-based therapies including Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am EMDR-trained and incorporate it into my work to help clients process and heal from past experiences.
In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard. Therapy with me is collaborative and client-centered. We move at your pace while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Many of my clients come in feeling unsure, but find relief in having a space where they can be open without judgment.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active through pilates, walking, and running, and spending time with friends or trying new places around Tampa, Florida. I’m also a big fan of reality TV! Sometimes it’s the perfect way to unwind!
