Hi, I’m Katelyn, and I’m glad you found your way here.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether it’s juggling school, work, relationships, or big life changes. Therapy is a place where you can pause, be heard, and explore what really matters to you, without judgment. I work with college students and young adults, individuals navigating pregnancy or postpartum, and BIPOC clients, helping people process challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is client-centered and flexible, drawing from narrative therapy and trauma-focused CBT, so we can tailor sessions to your unique experiences and goals. I strive to provide warmth and understanding while gently supporting growth when patterns or habits hold you back.
I’m particularly passionate about maternal mental health and supporting BIPOC communities because these experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood. I believe therapy should be culturally responsive, compassionate, and practical, helping you navigate life while honoring who you are and what you value.
Outside of work, I enjoy documentaries, spending time with loved ones, going to the gym, and relaxing at the beach. I value balance and finding ways to care for yourself while still moving forward in life. My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel safe to explore, reflect, and make meaningful changes in your life.
