"Hi, I’m Catherine and I’m so glad you’re here!
Therapy with me is a space where you can take a breath, untangle what’s been weighing on you, and feel seen for who you really are. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where honesty and compassion meet. Where you can explore your emotions, your story, and your next steps without judgment.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. I also have a deep passion for supporting women of color, faith-driven professionals, and students learning to balance high expectations with their own emotional needs. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy with mindfulness and self-compassion tools that help you reconnect with your values and sense of agency.
Clients often describe our sessions as “honest but gentle,” “real,” and “refreshing.” Together, we’ll explore the why behind your emotions and patterns, so you can make meaningful, sustainable changes in how you relate to yourself and others.
I’m especially passionate about helping clients heal from trauma, burnout, and perfectionism, as well as guiding them through grief and relational wounds. Whether you’re rebuilding confidence after a difficult experience or learning to trust yourself again, my hope is that therapy becomes a place of peace, progress, and growth.
Outside of the therapy room, I love running, exploring new coffee shops, and hosting wellness events like Move Well and She’s Well. You can also find me sharing reflections on mental health and faith on my podcast, The Life Well Podcast. Quiet mornings with a journal, good coffee, and prayer are where I find my grounding and I love helping others find theirs too.
Healing isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress and self-understanding. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. You just have to be willing to show up for yourself. I’m here to walk with you through that process."
