Hi, I’m Kathryn! I know firsthand how powerful therapy can be—I’ve seen the way it transforms lives, and I feel truly honored to walk alongside people in that process. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to get stuck in negative thought patterns or past experiences that hold you back. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I specialize in working with young adults, helping navigate the ups and downs of life, whether it’s stress, anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or just feeling stuck. I pull from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you reframe unhelpful thoughts, process past experiences, and build a future that aligns with who you truly want to be.
Therapy with me is a conversation—one where you’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to support, challenge, and guide you along the way. I genuinely love being present for people, helping them gain clarity, and finding the strengths they already have within them.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me staying active—whether it’s at the gym, hiking a new trail, heading to the beach, or catching a live hockey game. I also love live music and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
